Mitchell Drive One

The Mitchell Drive One project included the complete remodel and addition to this adorable 3 bd 2 ba 1,700 sqft 1940s Cape Cod style home in the lower Arcadia area of Phoenix, Arizona. This little cutie was small in size but large on charm and exuded traditional cottage style with its cedar shake siding, pine wood floors, and wainscotting.
